I don’t usually paint the subject before the background. I’ll measure out the subject then fill the background and then the subject. But I was kind of working with the camera in mind, which made it quite difficult to work because I was always worried whether I was blocking it or not (which is why the palette was not in my hands while standing). So the set up wasn’t ideal and I gave up eventually, but there’s a bit here. I do wish I would have caught the painting of the background but somehow I guess I didn’t. Hope it’s still a bit fun to watch. The music is by Frenchy, my dad Pierre Tremblay’s band from the late 70’s early 80’s. I love this song. It’s called Night Life.
